On a cold winter night, we had the pleasure of Aisling from Neff, coming to our showroom for a Christmas Cookery Demo.
The cookery demos are a great opportunity for customers who have either purchased or are going to purchase brand appliances. With so many different features and options the cookery demo allowed our clients to learn how to use each of the functions.
As always, we asked our customer to bring their favourite recipe they like to cook so Aisling could advise them how to best cook it on their new appliance.
On the night we were treated to: Baked Whole Ham With A Mustard And Cider Glaze, Winter Vegetable Gratin, Brussels Sprouts With Chestnuts, Frangipane Mince Pies, Cranberry And Fig Cake And Cranberry And Roast Pineapple Relish.
